God, what a week... On wednesday I woke up to the sound of a machinegun and minutes later the siren of the police and helicopters were all around. Members of a drug gang had a gunfight with the police at the general hospital, which is right across the bridge next to my house. I thought OK...I'm in TJ...that happens sometimes here. But then, when I went out on Friday to this club near my apartement called TREZ, and the same happend again. At around 2:30 in the morning they could heard gunshots about 2 or 3 tables next to ours. Everybody was screaming and hiding or jumping on the floor. They evacuated the club and I don't even know exactely what happened. But this was really scary.

And finally the shootings in Virginia this week. I'm happy this week is over, and hopefully stays quiet for a while. I had enough excitement for now...
